For the last few days I have been working on adding the colors of the season to my humble abode... I don't go crazy... but I like to have fresh greenery here and there.. this year I have upgraded my charlie brown tree to a plumper version... it holds more ornaments which I like ..... but I can still put it on a table... which I really like. Bright green and raspberry, teal and pink always say Christmas to me... the mantle picture is of my sister's beautiful home, we decorated it while I was there for thanksgiving, she has two to decorate and this is the mantle in her library... love,love,loving it! She has the most incredible collection of vintage books that we worked into the display. I planted lots of paper whites this year as you can see, some of them are close to blooming, which is exciting to me!! Up next... Christmas cards and a little holiday baking... ohdear... better do a little shopping too, running a little behind this year!
